This provides you with excellent foundational simple self-help techniques that will help you through the ups and downs of life.
You will be provided with session notes for your future reference, available as a download from this website.

Level 2.
IITM-LS Professional Consultant / Facilitator

Facilitating others through their recovery and self discovery processes; enabling them to understand and enrich their lives like never before, is a great privilege.
If you wish to help others with a unique, world class, approach, and leading edge tools, then this certificated course is for you, no matter what you have already studied.

The high quality, comprehensive, in depth training provided, is in English.
It combines home study with three sets of six group training sessions. The six, two hour, online sessions, are one week apart, then a two week break before the next six. Working notes are provided as downloads, session by session. Ten case studies are also required before certification is complete.
The training offers an ongoing professional membership monthly meeting for qualified consultants. This has proven over the years to be very successful and an enjoyable way to not only learn, but to form friendships with like minded people, share insights, develop leading edge skill sets with ongoing support.

It is important that all successful consultants maintain their high standards, so annual refreshers are offered at minimal cost. This Provides another opportunity for qualified consultants to get to know and support each other in light of new insights and approaches.

Level 3.
IITM-LS Professional Coaching Consultant.

Current standard coaching practices are not only very expensive, but they lack the tools to help clients help themselves on a far deeper, more insightful level. All IITM-LS coaches act as a facilitator to the clients own inner understanding in a very practical way, enabling the client to access unparalleled personal and business insights.

This is not a course that promotes business expertise, that is for experts in their own field.
What is provided here is training in high level skill sets that provide a unique approach to helping others access their own inner awareness; to use their own intuition to guide themselves forward.
This is a far more powerful and remarkably effective form of next level coaching; one that creates a second to none tool set for any coach, whatever your existing skill sets, field you work in, or whatever other qualifications you may have.
It is necessary to have completed Level 2. before studying Level 3. because
what is provided builds on the expertise you have gained in Level 2.

The course consists of 12 weekly online sessions of two hours each, divided into groups of six sessions with a two week break in between.
Downloadable session notes will be made available each week.
Apart from online session work you will be required to do home study and provide at least 10 casework reports before certification.
After certification you have the opportunity to join the ongoing support professionals membership group.
