In every crisis there is always a gift.

Life changes have a purpose. If the caterpillar knew ahead of time that it would go through a complete meltdown, and stay in a state of restriction, in order to become something else that it couldn't yet imagine, do you think the caterpillar would go willingly? Probably not, yet it would unknowingly carry the INTENTION to change. We are like that; we busy our lives with the day to day grind and rarely look up to see what life could offer.

Over twenty years ago I went through a series of very intense life crises which brought me to the brink of wanting to leave this world. If it had not been for the responsibility of caring for my wonderful children, I would probably not be writing this to you today.
I said to myself
"There is a way to recover and I will find it."
While navigating this emotional roller coaster, an inner understanding began to surface. "Was there a reason why my life had to change so dramatically?"
I tried counseling assistance, and studied Art Therapy. That was such an eye opener. It was truly shocking how this psychotherapeutic approach actually made me feel worse! "There had to be a better way, and I would find it."
This set a very powerful inner intention in which life responded with inspiration, connections, and insights on a regular basis.
THIS WAS THE GIFT - I was being intuitively shown how to turn my life around.
My life turn around initially produced a fresh way of looking at personal recovery. Since then, the techniques I discovered along my healing journey have become a wonderful source of assistance to others.
No matter what you may be going through right now, there is always an inner purpose to struggle and change. When we learn to pay attention and work with our intuition the gift will always present its' self.
